Step by step

1. Make a free Epic Games account. Go to store.epicgames.com and sign up, or sign in with an existing account. Turning on two-factor authentication is a good idea for account security.
2. Find this week’s free games. Free games are shown in the Free Games section of the Epic Games Store home page. Our free Epic games page lists them with exact end dates.
3. Click Get, then Place order. On the game’s store page click Get. The checkout shows $0.00, so no payment card is needed. Click Place order.
4. Check your library. The game now appears in your Epic library and stays there after the giveaway ends. You can install it now or years later.
